How do I assemble it?

1. Insert the top straps and loop them through the buckles
2. Hang the unit over your door using the hooks
3. Add foam spacers if needed for a tight wobble-free fit
4. Insert the bottom straps and hooks
5. Adjust strap height to your body

Can I install it on a wall instead of a door? The door installation is recommended for best stability. Wall mounting is possible using standard over-hook or adhesive hardware available at most hardware stores — not included. We are currently developing signature wall mounting brackets for a future release.
