Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with The Honey Do™, you may request a return under the terms below:

  • Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs)

The Honey Do™ includes a lifetime warranty on parts against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Failures that occur under normal, intended use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

  • Damage caused by accidents or unauthorized repairs

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost, at our discretion.

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the defect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Products returned outside the return window

  • Items not in original condition or missing components
